Greenlight Highways Ltd is a progressive independent Traffic Management company based in the South of England offering a wide range of traffic management schemes for a variety of clients and specialising in 12D Traffic Management.

Due to continued success and expansion of the company, we are excited to announce our brand new depot in Bridgwater is now open. Our highly experienced Operations Managers are looking to recruit multiple competent qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join the Paignton AND Bridgwater team.

About you:

You must be qualified to Lantra M1/M2 as a minimum with relevant experience in the Traffic Management Industry. You will also need a flexible approach to work as some weekend and night works will be required. You'll understand the importance of building relationships with our customers, your colleagues and the general public and be able to work as part of a team. Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and live within an hour commute to the appropriate depot.

To install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management as per individual job specification provided by head office. To complete all relevant paperwork associated with each individual job - risk assessments, method statements, photographs. Complete daily return sheets outlining all relevant information, submit to head office within timescale. To work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the business, a combination of various shift patterns - days, nights and weekends. To establish, build and maintain a positive rapport with new and existing clients, whilst upholding a professional representation of Greenlight Highways.
