Job Summary Car Park Services Ltd are working in Partnership with Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. This post will be patrolling Off-Street car parks for Car Park Services\xe2\x80\x99 client; Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. This role will be to check vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with all relative legislation and issue fixed Penalty Charge Notices as required. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a pro-active approach, flexible attitude, together with excellent customer services skills and be adept at parking customer cars. Other duties will include: \xc2\xb7 On-foot Patrol of car parks within Larne \xc2\xb7 Observe vehicles to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation, issue fixed Penalty Charge Notices as necessary \xc2\xb7 Carry out routine front-line maintenance of all parking machines and change printer rolls as required \xc2\xb7 Liaise with client regarding any matters that may arise in respect of Traffic Management \xc2\xb7 Write clear and concise reports when directed and keep real time notes for prosecutions in court \xc2\xb7 Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures and legislation Essential Criteria: \xc2\xb7 Technology literate \xc2\xb7 Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and previous customer service experience \xc2\xb7 Ability to work on own initiative \xc2\xb7 Physically fit to complete on foot Patrols Desirable: \xc2\xb7 Experience in a similar role \xc2\xb7 Experience in parking enforcement, security or law enforcement \xc2\xb7 Full clean driving licence Successful candidates will receive full company Induction and on the job training Job Type: Part Time - Permanent Hours of work: Will be a minimum of 10hrs per week working within an excellent shift pattern between the hours of 08:30 - 18:30 on a Tuesday and Saturday. Ability to flex-up hours to cover holidays and absence. As this role is on-foot, we do not require a driving licence, however, a driving licence is preferable for cover in other locations.
