PQE: Up to 3 years\' experience

THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Trademark Attorney to join a fast-growing team of a leading Top 70 practice. The appointed Trademark Attorney will be working on both contentious and non-contentious work and will be dealing with trademark applications, renewals, oppositions, conducting and advising on trademark availability searches, due diligence exercises on transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
If you are looking to progress your career, then this is the role you have been waiting for! Applications are welcomed from Chartered Trademark Attorneys who possess up to 3 years\' experience in running a portfolio of trademarks and designs for a diverse range of clients. Ideally you will have a proven track record of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious related matters including managing trademark and design portfolios, assisting with IP-related litigations as well as be passionate to deliver succinct, high-quality advice with excellent client and team communication skills. The role will involve marketing and business development.
