Our client is a leading professional publisher based in Central London, they are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team responsible for setting the strategic direction for the trade and key accounts sales channel working with retail, wholesale and library supply. This role will be based in the Central London office Monday - Wednesday working from home for the remainder of the week.
The Trade Sales Manager will work closely with the Commercial Director, managing territory sales and key accounts as well as working closely with marketing to review trade sales information and promotional activity to grow sales in UK and International markets. The key objective of this role will be to establish best practice trade promotion, account management practices in the UK, and roll this out globally with other sales agents and territories.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in trade key account management, with connections across retail, wholesale and library accounts. Strong communication and relationship management experience is absolutely essential; as well as excellent analysis and numerical skills.
