CJ UK is currently looking for a Trade Marketer to collaborate with key retail partners and the sales team in planning and executing in-store promotions, POS strategies, and store management initiatives.

Main task

1. In-Store Promotion

Collaborate with key retail partners and the sales team to develop various in-store promotion strategies (e.g., new product launch events, promotional events, seasonal promotions). Draft proposals and discuss/align them with the sales team and retailers. Ensure the efficient execution of in-store promotions. Analyze sales data to create in-store promotion reports and share key learnings. Manage promotional budgets and conduct the approval process.

2. Point of Sales (POS)

Work closely with key retail partners and the sales team to develop effective POS (Point of Sales) strategies. Draft proposals and discuss/align them with the sales team and retailers. Carry out the production and delivery of POS materials in collaboration with the design team, manufacturers, and the sales team. Manage the installation and maintenance of POS materials in key stores. Budget management and approval processes for POS planning and productions.

3. Store Management

Collaborate with mainstream and ethnic store representatives to ensure proper product display management in each store. Conduct market research and gather store-level insights on trends and share findings.

Your Skills and Qualifications

At least 1 year of trade marketing experience. Proficient in spoken and written English with strong communication skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to travel for business. Adobe design skills and Korean language proficiency are a plus.
