Five main role responsibilities:

Effectively manage the relationship between BSH and the Key Account Retailer Marketing and Merch team at all levels. Management of Retailer Marketing Budget (RCC), ensuring all activity has the desired ROI & aligned to account T/O. Develop & maximise true potential of BSH brands through TM Plans; product launches, promo activities, brand comms. Empowering & inspiring consumer to convert at point of purchase. Build & maintain strong relationship with Key Account Managers. Ensure complete commercial alignment in the partnership prior to initiating any activities of the Retail Customer. Work with the Group Trade Marketing Manager to ensure RCC activities are aligned with the Retail Channel and BSH Marketing team.


Your profile:

Marketing focused with strong commercial acumen. Passionate about meeting business goals & objectives. Experience in presenting and communicating with key customers (internal/external). Strong minded with a flexible approach to influence key stake-holders to meet/exceed the business objectives. Used to working in a fast-moving environment but ensuring attention to detail at all times. Exceptional, and demonstrable, project management and analytical skills.
