Key Responsibilities:
Oversee branch operations: customer service, logistics, deliveries Experience managing staff and external contracts Meet with customers, process orders, keep things moving Work with Sales Rep and Head Office to keep operations tight
What We're Looking for:
Organised and people-focused Experienced supervising sales staff Experience within building products, ideally within windows and doors Calm under pressure, resilient, and solutions-oriented Experienced in customer-facing roles Windows knowledge a bonus Branch/sales management experience or ready to step into it
