Trade Counter Supervisor - Longbridge



Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter Supervisor has become available at our Longbridge Branch, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Person & Skills



As a motivator of people, it will be necessary to be creative and inspirational and lead a strong team environment, whilst ensuring the showroom and stock remain clean and well presented. The role will involve promoting and merchandising current special offers. Other essential qualities include planning and delegation of tasks and workloads, ensuring close attention to detail whilst delivering the highest standard of service to our customers.

Key tasks will include:

Selling building materials profitably to trade and retail Supervision of sales counter staff Awareness of new sales opportunities Full responsibility for cash sale business Ordering of special stock items Counter stock maintenance Ensure highest standard of service to the customer Liaising with Purchasing team in relation to promotions and offers.
