Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a small team (2 staff), inject energy, and drive revenue Manage all day-to-day trade counter operations Bring structure, boost sales, and build loyal customer relationships Contribute to the growth of a company that actually listens Carry out stock takes
What We're Looking for:
Background in trade counters, windows, or similar with sales knowledge Management experience background A proactive attitude - not afraid to get stuck in and push for more Bonus points for window or roofing product knowledge

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
