Trade Counter Assistant/driver
Job Description
Duties:
- Serving of Customers over the Trade Counter
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Delivering drops to customers
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience on Trade Counters is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills to keep track of inventory and sales materials
- Knowledge or experience in the Building Industry is a bonus
We are looking for a Trade Counter Assistant Driver who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales. As a Trade Counter Assistant Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our branch manager in the day to day running of the branch. Your responsibilities will include serving customers over the Trade Counter and providing excellent customer service.
