Bath Giant is a fast-growing trade and retail bathroom supply business. Our

Hillington branch

features a public bathroom showroom alongside a plumbing and heating trade counter.

We are based across Central Scotland and are looking for talented, driven people with a can-do attitude to help us continue our growth. We pride ourselves on offering trusted products, excellent customer service, and having a team of experienced, knowledgeable staff who make Bath Giant a go-to destination for both trade and retail customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers Handling trade counter enquiries and processing orders Proactively driving new trade business into the branch Offering product advice and ensuring customers find the right solutions Dealing with

trade referral clients

in the showroom and providing an excellent customer experience Creating a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience for all clients

What We're Looking For:

Previous bathroom industry experience is essential Strong sales and customer service abilities Confident communicator, in person and over the phone Organised, proactive, and self-motivated A team player with a can-do attitude
