Our organization is currently seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Public Relations (PR) Manager with a strong background in the FMCG/Nicotine industry. This role requires a seasoned professional who has mastered the multi-faceted aspects of PR, including positive image building, crisis management, and fostering strategic relationships with local press and agencies. This role will also serve as a company spokesperson, therefore, the ability to speak publicly and confidently about our organization\'s initiatives, products, and services is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the UK and EU public relations key activities, including the coordination with third-party agencies.
• Developing and executing publicity strategies to promote the company\'s brands and products, including comprehensive crisis management plans.
• Creating and implementing publicity strategies for company events within the region.
• Drafting and managing PR plans inclusive of budgets and timelines.
• Monitoring and analyzing media coverage of the organization and preparing appropriate responses.
• Collaborating with the social media team to create a content calendar, whilst supplying PR-specific content.
• Organizing and managing promotional events such as press tours and conferences.
• Representing the company in media communications, at press conferences, interviews, etc.

• 5+ years\' experience in PR, specifically within the FMCG/Nicotine industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency with word processing software tools.
• Creative writing skills with applicability to media pitch strategies.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices.
• Proven project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
