An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sales team. This role will be highly focused on selling our high-end timber products and bespoke services to a wide variety of our amazing customers, including furniture makers, joiners/carpenters, timber framers and high-end building companies. Your goal will be to become a key member of our timber sales team, meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Be a key member of our sales team in selling our high-end timber products. Process sales enquires, quotes and orders (face to face and telephone) Reply to customer emails, calls and social media messages. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships ensuring our customer needs are exceeded in line with the company strategy. Promptly respond to customer requests. Embrace and promote the company's culture and core values.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Confident and excellent communication skills. A high degree of self-motivation and drive. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Strong commercial awareness Good ability in Windows PC environment including Outlook, Excel.
