Your role as Thermal Process Operator will include but is not limited to.

• Responsible for running the in-house retort and steam boiler.
• All training will be provided, but ideally, we\xe2\x80\x99d want the candidates to have previous experience of working with steam, or at least a demonstrable background/knowledge of operating food machinery.
• The successful candidates will be required to complete production and monitoring paperwork and use internal IT systems as part of their role.
• An FLT licence is desirable, but training can be provided if needed.
• A good knowledge of GMP, Food Safety & Hygiene is also required.
• A H&S qualification would be very desirable.
• Hours: 13:00-22:00 Mon-Fri (inc 1 hour of unpaid breaks)
• This role will include 2-3 months of on-site training in Leicester, then returning to our site in Nottingham.
