Overview

Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a leading provider of mental health support in the UK, including rehabilitation, acute, PICU and secure facilities. They are seeking a Therapy Services Manager to oversee the therapy team as well as a small caseload at their predominantly inpatient addictions and eating disorders hospital; rated Good by the CQC. You will be fully supported by the Hospital Director, who has previously held this title.
You will be managing a stable multidisciplinary team of professionals including Addictions and Eating Disorder Therapists and Therapy Assistants, and will soon have a Dietician and Occupational Therapist.

The site you will be joining boasts 17 beds and an additional cottage, and is also equipped with expansive grounds and gardens, library, gym, and an array of recreational facilities. In order to help the service provide specialised and evidence-based treatment that are proven to help tackle the issues faced by its service users, we are working in partnership to headhunt for a Therapy Services Manager.

Location

This addictions & eating disorders hospital has the feel of a rehab clinic, and is located in Woking, Surrey and is commutable from Watford, Brixton, Sevenoaks, Crawley, Midhurst, Basingstoke, Reading, Slough and other surrounding towns and villages.

Criteria

\xe2\x80\x93 HCPC / BABCP / UKCP Accreditation
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 managerial experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Background in psychological therapy, e.g., Addictions / Eating Disorder Therapy, CBT, DBT, Psychotherapy, Art Therapy etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Clear DBS

Shift Pattern

As a full-time Therapy Services Manager, you will be expected to work an average of 37.5 hours per week: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 09:00 \xe2\x80\x93 17:00.

Interview Process

This will be a one-stage process carried out with a panel including the Hospital Director and other Senior Managers and ideally face-to-face, but virtual interviews can be accommodated.

Salary and Benefits
This Therapy Services Manager position pays between \xc2\xa342,000 and \xc2\xa350,000, but is flexible depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package as follows:
