Therapy Service Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, reliable and friendly team-player to join us as a Therapy services administrator.



The successful candidate will join a team of administrators to deliver an efficient and high quality customer experience to prospective patients, patients, referrers and team members at Priory Hospital North London.



Key duties of the role include;

To ensure the processes of all patient paperwork and administration is completed, including all necessary funding documentation and referral data. Process therapy referrals in a timely manner via Priory systems (Salesforce, Priory Together) and ensure patients and referrers are provided with regular updates. Manage patient appointment bookings with a friendly, polite and professional manner. Update patient details within Priory systems ensuring accuracy of all data input and adherence to Priory procedures. Greet new patients as well as their families on or shortly after admission, ensuring that any necessary documentation is completed at this time. As appropriate, collects any self- funding element of the care. Cover main reception area as required. Liaise with consultant and medical secretaries to ensure private medical insurance is in place prior to treatment and is maintained through their stay. Support the Private Enquiries Team on-site with handling admissions enquiries, directing queries as appropriate. Complete invoicing and billing for day therapy and outpatient therapy appointments and raising discrepancies with Senior Management. Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed, in order that financial auditors can be satisfied via the efficient recovery of key documents of initial entry. Support the Therapy Services Manager with administration of the service line as required. To provide cover and support to the wider team and site as required.
