Therapy Development Specialist

Evolve is recruiting for a Therapy Development Specialist to join a world leading MedTech organisation!
The successful candidate will maintain and develop our clients Structural Heart business (existing and new customers) across the North London area, while meeting or exceeding targets in a way that enhances the business\' reputation in the market, as well as identifying opportunities for future business growth.

Ideal Requirement for the Therapy Development Specialist
- You will have previous sales experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Ideally experienced in the Cardiology or Cath lab space with a Coronary type background
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Full driving license
- Direct sales responsibilities for the North London area and achieve agreed AOP targets, focused on sales growth.
- Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, non-clinical), key opinion leaders and key referrers in all accounts on the territory.
- Build strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Create a territory business plan designed to maximise sales and achievement of sales target.
2/3 stage interview process.
