Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a leading Private Hospital, located in Croydon, who are currently in search for a Theatre Practitioner to join their team. This well-established hospital offers a full range of services including Orthopaedics, Spinal, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, ENT, Dermatology, Cosmetics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Imaging and Physiotherapy. The Candidate
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care across their 3 theatres. As the hospital offers a range of surgical procedures, we are welcoming applications from all theatre backgrounds.

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour week, which will be worked between Monday-Friday, with a rare Saturday on occasion if required due to the needs of the business.

Role Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 RGN or ODP qualification
\xe2\x80\x93 Registered with the NMC or HCPC
\xe2\x80\x93 Experienced scrubbing within multiple specialities e.g. Orthopaedics, General, Gynaecology & Urology
\xe2\x80\x93 Passion for high quality patient care
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work as part of a team

Salary & Package
There is a generous salary on offer up to \xc2\xa338,000, which could be negotiated dependent on experience. My client is also offering a competitive benefits package including:
