About The Role

A sample of the duties for the above function include:

Food and Beverage Team Member

Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner at all times Preparation of restaurant/bar, setting table placement ensuring cleanliness of crockery and cutlery Taking food and drink orders Meals and drinks to be served efficiently and with minimum delay/ wastage. Answering the telephone and taking reservations for restaurant and accommodation.
