About the RoleReporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a 12 month fixed term contract, hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.What You Will DoDay to day you will be responsible for:
  • Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks
  • Manage contract novations
  • Management of tenders:
  • Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders
  • Project managing process
  • Reviewing tender specifications
  • Collating all required information/ samples
  • Writing tender responses
  • Uploading of documentation on customer portal
  • Gaining internal sign off
  • Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs
  • Storage of documentation
  • Pricing analysis support
  • Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
  • Managing data requests from customers
  • Applying for drug tariff increases
Who You AreThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in tenders/ contracts role
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
