Temporary Recruitment Administrator
Salary: \xc2\xa312.20 an hour
Location: Doncaster
An immediately available candidate is required to support our client in Doncaster to provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
THE ROLE:
Provide admin support for the recruitment team
Process successful candidates offer and contracts using the e-recruitment system in a timely and efficient manner, providing support to candidates with any queries they may have about completing the on boarding process
Provide a customer-focused service to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries received via email/telephone and into the Recruitment inbox.
To communicate on a regular basis and be the point of contact with new starters and hiring managers during the on boarding process, ensuring all checks are received and processed in a timely manner.
To effectively manage the recruitment database
To support the Recruitment Advisors in arranging interviews and contacting candidates
THE CANDIDATE:
Can translate policy guidance into practical action.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to plan and organise own time effectively, create own work schedules, prioritising, preparing in advance and setting of realistic timescales.
Ability and willingness to provide an effective and efficient recruitment service.
Confident working with people at all levels of the business.
Ability to ensure that appropriate levels of confidentiality are maintained.
Proficient in the use of software packages and Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
