Office Angels is currently seeking a dynamic and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide exceptional front desk support to our esteemed client located in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. If you are a friendly and well-organised individual with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area\'s cleanliness and ensure a professional appearance.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
