We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Temporary receptionist covering Maternity Leave - 9 months to 1 year depending on requirements.
10 - 16 hours a week depending on availability, with set shifts to be agreed upon.
Duties
Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Manage bookings, and diary changes
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Ensure front desk procedures run smoothly, including payment processing, reporting and daily banking
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to enhance the overall experience
What you'll need:
Experience in reception or other customer service roles
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
A strong customer service ethos with keen eye for detail
Professionally presented
I.T. skills
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
