The workplace coordinator will run the day to day activities which mainly includes security, cleaning, building inspections, post room, contractors on site, front of house.
The key responsibilities include:
- Post management
- Cleaning management
- Health and safety on site
- Staff inductions
- Contractor management on site (M+E)
- Front of House management
- Customer facing dealing with staff members
- Help desk in box and facilities management
- Daily building inspections engaging appropriately with vendors when needed
- Adhere to agreed SLA\'s and KPI\'s service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle workplace budgets
- Maintain a relationship with building management
- Supervise site PPM schedules
- Risk assessment and method statement
- Sort mail and distribute.

The successful candidate would ideally have an IOSH or NEBOSH, however it is not 100% required. The successful candidate will need to have had well-versed experience within facilities management, either previously as a workplace coordinator or a role of a similar title. The successful candidate will need to have had experience with the above responsibilities, as well as great customer facing skills and business admin understanding. The successful candidate will need to obtain initiative, charisma, energy and a proactive nature
