London (West End) SALARY: \xc2\xa325 - \xc2\xa328 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary
We are looking for a fantastic EA experienced supporting professional in fast-paced finance environments to step in and provide cover for a 4 to 8 week temp role. This is ideal if you are between roles and keen to keep your skills sharp with a great team or enjoy the variety of temping. This role is supporting a dynamic team working in a leading investment company based in Mayfair.
What You Will Do:
We are looking for an experienced PA who can handle looking after 3 to 4 busy managers supporting them in all aspects of their work. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management
- International travel arrangements and itineraries
- Scheduling meetings across time zones
- Updating their internal systems and records
- Expense management
- Event coordination
The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA who has worked in a professional, fast-paced finance environment. We are looking for a natural problem solver who is calm under pressure.
