Telesales Supervisor
Job Description
Charterhouse Mobility is a successful, fast-growing mobility furniture company situated on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced telesales supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organisational and leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
The role involves liaising with prospective customers to process brochure requests, schedule appointments and manage diaries for our team of representatives for home visit demonstrations and assist in team management. A customer service/direct sales background and knowledge of CRM software is preferable, although we provide full training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through inbound enquiries from referrals, advertising campaigns in newspapers and magazines, direct mail and digital marketing. Utilise CRM software to manage appointments and demonstrator diaries. Conduct follow-ups with leads. Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey product benefits clearly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices. Provide team support to ensure smooth running and efficiency of telesales department.
Starting salary 27k -32k pro rata + bonuses
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
9am - 6pm five days per week with some weekend cover required
