Verifi, Inc. a Visa company, is currently hiring for a collaborative team-oriented Telesales Representative to support our sales Directors domestically and globally. Your primary responsibilities are to assist the Sales team in EU achieving new revenue goals, act as an initial contact in researching potential clients regarding use of our products and services, and ensure quality service is provided by coordinating activities with various departments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying inbound and outbound opportunities for Sales Directors domestically and globally, with a primary focus on EU region.
  • Prospecting new sales and assisting in the generation of new business.
  • Performing outbound email and phone prospecting campaigns based on internal and external lists
  • Completing and maintaining appropriate information in Salesforce
  • Investigating potential vertical markets and prospect in these markets
  • Coordinating and scheduling sales calls for Sales Directors on assigned market verticals
  • Responding to inquiries from fields sales, management team, and marketing
  • Work closely with sales team to develop and execute on sales strategy
  • Ability to close opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent training, plus 2-4 years of relevant quota driven work experience necessary
  • Experience with researching and identifying prospective clients in vertical markets
  • Ability to drive inbound / outbound lead generation through call and email efforts
  • Background supporting Sales Directors, including coordinating and scheduling sales calls
  • Experience with CRM/Contact Management Systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • Ability to close small deals / opportunities
  • Being a self-starter and having a "hunter" mentality
  • High energy, strong work ethic with a "make it happen" attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Professional and polished demeanor
  • Excellent phone presence and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • General working knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
