What We're Looking For:

Telesales Experience:

Minimum of one year successfully exceeding targets in a telesales environment.

Exceptional Skill Set:

Strong negotiation, objection handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Driven and Ambitious:

A proactive attitude with the ability to excel in a fast-moving, evolving workplace.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to think critically, spot new business opportunities, and act on them.

Tech-Savvy:

Competent with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to individual client needs. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support the development of effective promotional materials and campaigns.
