We are currently in an exciting period of growth.

As such, we have an immediate need for an enthusiastic and target driven telesales professional.

What you'll be doing:

As a key part of the sales team and supported by the Head of Sales, you will be making proactive calls to potential customers to quickly gauge interest, understand their pains and challenges and make appointments for face-to-face visits.

This role is heavily based around cold calling though warmed up leads generated by the field sales team will also be provided.

What you'll bring:

Telesales experience. This is essential to qualify for this role.

A least 2-to-3-year work history with a telesales background.

You are:

Confident

, and outgoing with a professional attitude. You are organised, focused and tenacious and enjoy being on the phone.

Pro-active and self-motivated with a hunger to meet and exceed targets.

Adaptable with excellent communication skills; confident speaking with people from all levels of organisations.

Commission is uncapped and is based on every active customer you have provided and then secured at the face-to-face visit.

A simple and easy to use CRM system.

Days: Mon to Thu Hours: 09:00 to 17:00

Days: Fri Hours: 09:00 to 16:00

No Weekends

Location: Dukinfield, Manchester

Salary 22k depending on experience, plus commission

Holidays: 20 days annually, plus statutory Bank Holidays
