We are pleased to be working with a high-growth business to recruit a Telesales Agent to support on a project which commenced at the beginning of 2023 and is now at a stage of needing extra support for the rest of the year before looking at the plans for 2024.

Being in the role of the telesales agent you will be responsible for speaking to potential customers that have been highlighted and targeted, with full training on the companies products and services provided.

This role would be ideal for someone with some form of sales/telesales experience, but it\xe2\x80\x99s not essential, just the ability to have a great telephone manner, ability to pick the phone up and speak to people and the resilience to push through and make high numbers of calls, that would be exactly what we\xe2\x80\x99re after.

The head office for this business is based in Soho, you would need to be able to get there for at least the first few days for induction and training and then it would be ideal to be able to get to the office for regular checkpoints with the team, whether that\xe2\x80\x99s weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, they\xe2\x80\x99re extremely flexible.

The position will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm as standard, although they are also open to people wanting to start at 8am or finish at 6pm and alter their hours.

Other than the odd days working in the Soho office, this role is very much remote based.

The position would initially be on a temp basis, an hourly rate of \xc2\xa313 to \xc2\xa314.50 per hour dependant on experience is available, plus holiday accrual as well as weekly bonusses based on converted new customers.

Role Overview:

  • Make appropriate outbound calls to new business prospects
  • Cold Call to convert & grow new business sales
  • Hit daily/weekly targets such as number of calls made and number of contracts signed
  • Develop & own pipeline of new business sales
  • Collect & collate new business data

  • Previous contact centre or telesales experience
