RF Media & Publishing Ltd, are the North\'s leading print and digital media outlet, printing the Asian Standard Newspaper and producing online video and news content for Asian Sunday Online. Due to expansion, we are now looking for Telemarketer\'s to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop their sales career, as there are a number of progression opportunities. It\'s ideal for those individuals who enjoy speaking to people over the telephone. We are looking for candidates, who are ambitious, highly motivated. The role is exciting, with lots of opportunity to earn good commission which is uncapped. You would be working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. Your role will be to promote our advertising and marketing services to business clients, for both print and online over the telephone. The Role To support our vision and journalism, we generate our income through sponsorships and advertisements, both in print and online. Therefore, as our news reach grows, so does the opportunity for businesses to promote their products and services to our readership, local, national and global audience. With this in mind our ideal candidate would be required to cold call potential advertisers and introduce our products and services. The potential earnings are in excess of \xc2\xa345k pa as commission is uncapped and due to our niche audience, the opportunities to sell are plenty. We are therefore looking for a candidate who thrives on hitting targets, is proactive and can look after existing clients as well as bring in new customers. Someone who also has a vision to grow into leadership positions, managing their own sales teams in the future. You will be someone who thrives on challenges and be personable and confident. Have excellent communication and time management skills. You will be hardworking and committed to meeting targets and be a team player. Above all your main responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Communicate effectively in English
- Follow a script to provide information about products or services
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Utilise company CRM HubSpot to track and manage leads Requirements:
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Familiarity with telemarketing software, such as Hubspot, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

What we offer We are offering a competitive basic salary based on experience with an uncapped commission of 10% on turnover after the first \xc2\xa31000 in sales.
