Having grown rapidly over recent times and with an impressive order book, they are now looking to recruit a Telecoms Support Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for actioning and resolving support requests from clients. Your responsibilities will include: acting as the initial point of contact for enquires from clients and collecting relevant information surrounding technical issues, resolve issues where possible remotely, ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, log incidents into the support systems and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders where applicable.

This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with a keen interest in pursuing a career within telecommunications and technology. You will possess strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills. You will have the desire to progress your career both professionally and personal development.
