The Telecare Officer will provide comprehensive support and assistance in relation to the delivery of the Bridgelink Telecare Service by carrying out the administrative tasks that will ensure the smooth running of the service. As well as dealing with telephone enquiries and all other general enquiries received by the Agency. The post holder will work closely with older and disabled people as well as health and social care professionals in order to support people to remain living independent in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and possess excellent IT skills (including Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word).
