Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and dynamic Telecan / Marketing Manager to develop and lead our team in the generation of quality in house appointments.

The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting canvassers to work on a remote dialler and understand the process of not just recruiting their own team, but also training and motivating that team to produce outstanding results, as well as managing their expectations.
You will have an urgency to get things done today and not put them off until tomorrow, along with a strong personality, whilst also incorporating a sense of fun to ensure your team remain focussed and motivated.

Ideally you will have your own contacts to give you a head start on the recruitment process, whilst understanding that the cold calling role of the canvassers you recruit is primarily a numbers game.
You will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with your team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that the companies objectives are met while maintaining a high standard of service.

Whilst this is self employed position you will be paid 25000 pa retainer plus a performance related bonus to be discussed.

Responsibilities



Fully responsible for the recruitment and training of a team of canvassers to work remotely on our dialler. You will use your own initiative, contacts, social media and job advertising platforms to ensure you recruit the best canvassers in order to ensure your own success. Oversee the daily operation of the dialler to ensure your team is set up for each day, therefore ensuring that the dialler runs smoothly and efficiently. Lead, motivate, and continually develop team members to ensure they achieve their full potential. implement a positive but fun work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and the sharing of best practices. Confirm the appointments to a high standard so as to ensure that they fit the companies appointment profile. Have an effective, ongoing recruitment process that ensures the dialler is always working to its full capacity. Handle any customer complaints or issues as they arise with professionalism and tact. Maintain and collaborate accurate records of operations, team performance, and customer feedback.

Experience



Knowledge of how a remote dialler works along with the skill set to ensure the dialler runs to its maximum efficiency. Proven experience in a Telecan / Marketing Manager role or a similar position, this role may also suit a very experienced cold calling canvasser that believes they have the personality, the varied skill set listed , and are excited, motivated and ready to take the next step in their career. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service experience, with the skills and ability to resolve conflicts both efficiently and effectively. Experience of working with a dialler within a cold calling, appointment setting environment. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and adapt strategies accordingly when required. Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can do attitude.
