Meta's Enterprise Supply Chain is dedicated to fulfilling and supporting the internal IT needs of our employees. We design and implement integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage the supply chain of goods and services for our internal teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operational performance, relationships, and contracts with telecom vendors, focusing on line management and carrier operational functions. In this role, you will ensure that telecom services and solutions meet the evolving needs of our business while optimizing vendor performance and managing costs.Telco Analyst ResponsibilitiesVendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with telecom vendors, tracking and evaluating vendor performance against key metrics and SLAs. Identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and service level agreements. Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, procurement, legal, and finance to ensure telecom services and solutions are cost-effective and align with the company's goals.Invoice Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely invoicing and payment, monitoring spend and invoicing accuracy. Demonstrated experience budgeting & forecasting skills.Escalation Handling and Cross-Functional Support: Handle escalations and provide cross-functional support for mobile requests.Line Auditing and Accuracy: Ensure compliance and accuracy of lines billing through regular auditing.Line Inventory Management and Ordering: Manage line inventory and ordering processes.Lead the ideation, technical development of innovative telecom processesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field, or relevant work experience in the industry.Proven experience (3+ years) in vendor management, telecom operations, line management.Demonstrated knowledge of telecom services, including voice, data, mobile, and cloud solutions.Demonstrated experience to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.Demonstrated analytical skills with the capacity to assess complex data and make strategic decisions.Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levelsPreferred QualificationsExperience with telecom billing systems, Telecom Expense Management solutions.Knowledge of service level agreements and key performance indicators and operating models for telecom services.Experienced Managing Telecom Vendors Across the EMEA & LATAM regions.Experience in end-to-end supply chain management and solutions - Practical Telecom experience preferredAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
