Technology partnerships are essential to Supermetrics' growing value creation potential as we continue to grow platforms and ecosystems we are integrated with. The key goals of the technology partnerships team are to broaden Supermetrics' product distribution and market reach, increase company revenues, and enhance our technology's competitive and strategic advantages.


In this role:





You will be operating as a senior individual contributor responsible for managing growth and impact through an ecosystem of existing and future technology partnerships for Supermetrics. Your key responsibilities will include:


Managing and strategically growing a portfolio of existing partnerships. Operating as the engagement lead on these partnerships and managing business rhythm activities and growth initiative development with these partners in conjunction with our internal teams. Direct the development of business cases and opportunity analysis for new partnership pursuits. You will manage the supporting negotiations and planning with partners throughout the process. Engage cross-functionally and work closely with internal teams, such as product, marketing, sales, customer success & operations to fulfill our goals and objectives. Develop trusted relationships with our partner ecosystem and within the industry more broadly - help identify and source new business opportunities. Represent Supermetrics where needed at partner and industry events externally Manage and strategically grow a portfolio of existing partnerships. Operate as the engagement lead on these partnerships and manage business rhythm activities and growth initiative development with these partners and our internal teams. Maintain regular communication on business momentum and updates on key initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (inc. at the leadership level).

This position is for you if you have:




Experience in initiating and growing technology collaborations in a fast-growing international software company, focused on meeting strategic objectives and enhancing revenue. You have 5-7 years plus of partnerships experience in relevant domains. Working with adtech, MarTech or cloud ISV partnerships would be an advantage. You find fulfillment in developing projects from inception and working closely with various stakeholders and teams Experience in working on strategic partnerships with demonstrable results of your impact. An understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models operating in an ecosystem with a large number of partners. In-depth understanding of the factors that contribute to sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships over the long-term. You have a professional and systematic approach to thinking, with an ability to understand the interconnections and nuances between different types of partnerships and a wide range of business objectives Ability to manage and direct through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building Skilled strategic relationship-building competencies with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability and confidence to present up to the leadership level internally and externally Proficiency in working effectively with minimal supervision and thriving in dynamic conditions Skilled team player and cooperative spirit Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement Experience within the MarTech, Adtech, and data technology industries is required for this role. You're comfortable working across time zones when needed and are willing and able to travel globally to support delivering the required impact for this role.
