A bit about the role...
Day to day, you\'ll be a key support to the Technical Training Team, this role manages the administration and coordination of high-volume development programmes as well as day-to-day learning activities to ensure they operate in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you\'ll be responsible for meticulously gathering and analysing training insights and metrics to fuel our continuous improvement efforts.

Organise scheduling of face to face and virtual training delivery
Act as key point of contact for delegate/participant queries
Organise events and activities linked to programmes, such as managing diary invites, tech requirements, location/facilities needs etc
Support virtual events when on a large scale - managing break out rooms, recording, attendance, minutes
Collating data and insights through partnering with the insight team and L&D team to create the narratives for play back on a regular basis
Set up and management of share-point sites - creating and publishing content, maintaining access enquiries
Responsible for the on-going maintenance of the Technical Training facilities, to ensure they remain in a condition that reflects the quality of the brand

Planning, scheduling and co-ordinating events and meetings.
Very knowledgeable in use of systems such as Microsoft 365, LMS, invoicing

Understanding of adult learning approaches and methods
Structured with good stakeholder management

Excellent planning and organising skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to question and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience of working across multiple teams and balancing workload accordingly
