Foodhub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our internal teams as well as external clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees and clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize our software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams to attain First contact resolution on calls
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support training programs.
Customize training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different audiences.
Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and interaction with participants.
Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training strategies to address them.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Technical Trainer or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
In-depth knowledge of SaaS technology and software development processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
Experience developing training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions as required.
