Technical Support & Customer Service Advisor

Location: On-site at our Derry Office

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 8:00pm, from Monday to Sunday

Salary: \xc2\xa311.11PH, based on a 37.5-hour work week

Your Role:

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers, regardless of the channel they use to reach us. Your approachable demeanor, persistent spirit, and willingness to assist customers are essential traits. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to employ innovative thinking to fulfill customer needs, handle high call volumes, and exceed targets. This includes introducing customers to our additional products and services. Above all, you\xe2\x80\x99ll relish engaging and establishing relationships with a diverse group of people and assisting them with their issues.

A Typical Day Includes:

\xe2\x80\x93 Communicating with customers through phone, email, and live chat to understand and address their unique needs.

\xe2\x80\x93 Sharing your expertise and successes to support your team.

\xe2\x80\x93 Understanding the entire customer proposition to assist with any queries they may have.
