Role: Technical Support + Service Advisor

Location: Based on-site in our Derry Office

Operational Opening hours: 37.5 Hours a week between 8.00am - 8.00pm - Monday to Sunday

Salary: \xc2\xa311.11PH based on a 37.5 hour working week

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Interact through phone, email, and live chat with customers, understanding and supporting their individual needs.
• Provide warm, friendly, and resilient customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional.
• Think creatively to meet customer needs while handling a high volume of calls.
• Introduce customers to new products and services.
• Build rapport with customers and your team, sharing experiences and successes.

Experience/Skills & Personal Qualities:
