The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you\'ll have a role that\'s out of the ordinary. You\'ll directly be providing engineering technical support to military ships

Day to day, you\'ll react to and provide support to ships that require it.

• Provide marine system technical assistance in support of reactive engineering demands
• Evaluating reactive engineering technical issues and make technical recommendations
• Carrying out technical investigations and analyses and recommend a course of action
• Operating a helpdesk service as required

Full Time, hybrid working arrangement (one day in office, 4 from home)

Essential experience of the Technical Support Engineer

• Engineering background and knowledge
• A systems approach to problem solving
• Ability to understand engineering failures and determine root cause

Qualifications for the Certification & Regulation Engineer

• HNC / HND in relevant engineering subject preferred however not essential

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
