Role Purpose:
We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our Product Technical Support Team. The successful candidate will provide vital technical assistance to key business stakeholders including overseas (SEC Staff, Customers, Engineering teams and Partners).

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Willing to learn new skills and be able to adapt to on-going business requirements.
Genuine desire to help and support colleagues technically.
Initiative-taking & problem solving with ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Excellent IT Skills.
CAD Experience would be advantageous.
The Key Responsibilities of this Role will be to:
Provide technical support to internal SEC personnel, engineering teams, SEC Sub-contract engineering teams, SEC Customers and partners.
Utilise the ticket system and Microsoft Teams Planner to maintain and manage workload.
Test and assess product compatibility with SEC Controls products.
Identify, review, and submit technical documentation and Knowledge Hub articles.
Develop CAD knowledge to offer CAD support to the business when required.
Enhance product knowledge by collaborating with other members of the TST.
Periodically work on-site to improve overall knowledge and experience.
Provide on-site technical support as needed to resolve complex issues.
Create and fully document any project-specific panel requirements for the business.
Work within the framework of the Quality Management System.
Adhere to company procedures and work practices.
Understand role and responsibilities within the health and safety management system.
