They\'re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in their Investment Front Office to support their business line.
This is a senior customer-facing role within their Cannon Street office. You will be responsible for maintaining the suite of all applications used across the Investment Department, proactively ensuring the investment business needs are met for IT updates/changes with the existing estate, as well as being the lead point of contact for IT queries/requests with all external suppliers.
They expect interested applicants to have a successful track record in supporting Investment professionals from within an Investment Management firm or Investment trading environment. You\'ll be an expert in maintaining and troubleshooting market data systems such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Thomson Reuters, etc. Finally you\'ll be able to manage and successfully respond to incidents and requests centred on Microsoft\'s operating systems; underpinned by your ability to be interpersonal and manage stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
