Technical Support Design Engineer
We are currently seeking a talented Technical Support Design Engineer to join our team in Eastleigh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and design expertise for our products. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers
- Design and develop solutions based on customer requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability
- Conduct product testing and validation
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in technical support and product design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: \xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa340,000 per annum
