Technical Support Analyst

Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for one of the UK\'s leading providers of Business Management Software to specialised industries including companies within Agriculture and Construction. Due to increased growth, our client is now looking for a Technical Support Analysts to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate can expect to receive a salary of between c\xc2\xa323,000 to c\xc2\xa325,000, as well as other employee perks including hybrid/flexible working following training, and genuine career progression opportunities.
Although this role offers hybrid working following training, you must be located locally to Bournemouth due to this role initially being officed-based.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide basic, nationwide remote software support to customers and end-users
- Support issues from initial investigation to resolution or escalation
- Maintain relevant product and software knowledge
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained amongst support team
- Identify and report recurring technical issues with software
- Handle basic customer complaints, offering solutions
- Previous experience in a similar software support position desirable
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills, happy building rapport with customers/end-users
- Analytically minded with great problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM and ticketing systems beneficial
- Any relevant qualifications in IT a bonus but not essential
