Are you passionate about design, detail, and technical precision? Kvadrat Ltd is looking for a Technical Specialist to support our dynamic sales team by providing expert guidance on product specifications, performance, and applications. In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between technical data and client needs--ensuring a smooth, informed transition from enquiry to order.


You will build strong relationships with architects, designers, and industry professionals, contributing to Kvadrat's market presence and business growth. With responsibilities ranging from project coordination and technical documentation to client presentations, you'll be a key part of our collaborative and innovative environment.


Your key responsibilities will include:



Act as the go-to technical expert for client inquiries on Kvadrat's architectural products (e.g., SoftCells, Shade). Provide detailed technical data and explain acoustic control solutions in an accessible way. Support both clients and internal teams with product knowledge and training. Partner with the sales team to offer technical and operational support across multiple sectors. Assist specifiers to increase product uptake and uncover cross-selling opportunities. Communicate project details clearly across teams. Maintain organized project files and attend site visits and meetings to support presentations. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends to provide up-to-date technical recommendations. Collaborate with Project Support and Key Account Management teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain project accuracy using Kvadrat's CRM systems and tools like Power BI (sales reporting).

Your profile




You are a strong team player, strong presentation skills on and off a computer screen You can prioritise and manage a high volume of communications efficiently. You want to work in a company with high demands for quality and growth You are commercially astute, good negotiation skills You have construction knowledge and onsite experience. You have proven experience in a similar role minimum 2 years. Industry experience is essential.

Qualifications and competencies




Architectural or construction background. Local market language fluent Negotiation skills Questioning techniques (open and closed questions) Presentation skills (present products) Communication skills Meeting facilitation skills Planning ability - use tools (business intelligence and key account plan) and involve relevant specialists Good relationship and networking abilities - making (quality) relationships with right ambassadors and clients, entertainment skills
