Based in our Dunmurry, Belfast, Branch, the successful candidate will have customer service and administration experience for at least 6 months. The person will be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to prioritise, will demonstrate good attention to detail and enjoy taking on new challenges.
Job Requirements include:
To provide first 'point of contact' for customer queries.
Performing daily duties including answering the telephone, paying good attention to detail, and working to deadlines.
To liaise with customers and respond to queries and complaints.
Providing prompt and comprehensive responses to customer queries relating to quotes, prices and general enquiries.
Support the directors/managers, Engineers, Purchasing and Account managers by providing administrative support.
Contacting lasped customers.
Occasional despatch and stores cover.
Processing and filing of customer orders including data entry.
Respond to enquiries and provide relevant information to promote the company to customers.
Contribute and add to company social media platforms
Please demonstrate the following in your application/cv:
Essential Criteria:
Grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Demonstrate PC Skills, including MS office.
Minimum of 6 months experience in either customer service/sales, manufacturing/engineering or an administration role
Advantageous Criteria:
Engineering or science qualification to a of minimum NVQ L2 or equivalent
Data entry experience
Competent in MS excel formula
A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships.
General attribute:
Ability to work to deadlines.
Ability to use the telephone and email for both customer contact and for internal communication.
Ability to work closely with technical sales, purchasing and operational departments of the company.
Pleasant and co-operative with both internal and external customers.
Job Type: Full-time (possible part-time if requested)
Full-time hours: 37 per week
(Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30, Friday 8am -1pm)
Salary: 12.75 per hour for 21 years and over
10.25 per hour for 18-20 years
