We are seeking a talented, driven and highly motivated individual to join Equinix as a Senior Consultant, Technical Proposal Management (TPM) supporting our dynamic xScale team.


The TPM team is integral to the xScale cross functional partner model, working at an exceptional level managing internal and external stakeholder collaboration across varying levels of leadership. It is a highly networked position that will require the ability of the TPM to work under pressure and to challenging customer driven deadlines while maintaining a calm, mature minded and proactive approach.


In this role you will be responsible for taking the lead in our customer engagement and coordinating all technical and operational responses to formal customer RFP/RFI in pursuit of a robust and compelling proposal, as well as ownership of internal governance practises through a complex multi-stage process.

Responsibilities



Support the qualification of new sale opportunities including the preliminary assessment of customer information Work directly with the xScale organisation to support the preparation, collation and delivery of technical and operational documentation within the specified customer-defined timeframes (utilising customer portals and platforms) Develop high level execution plans with task assignments to varying stakeholders in accordance with internal governance process Organise and lead RFP project kick-off, key reviews and final governance sign-off meetings Coordinate, quality control and edit (where applicable) the responses from internal stakeholders, including associated schematic documentation, to support RFP submission and internal information repository upkeep Cross-functional alignment and close collaboration with key stakeholders across xScale Asset Management, xScale Product Management, xScale Sales Engineering, Global Design & Construction, Operations, Sales, Legal, etc in capturing and validating customer requirements. Create, manage and implement project management tools - including trackers, change and risk registers, stakeholder management plans and project management methodologies Weekly reporting on project progress updates, project status overviews, associated risk and escalations to the submission of RFP's, to support the xScale leadership teams customer and investor reporting dashboards Drive improvements based on lessons learned and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes for efficiency

Qualifications and Skills



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent work experience preferred Advanced use in MS Suite - Essential Experience in project and program management, including the successful delivery of projects (soft and hard) within complex technical or operational environments Demonstrated ability to handle large quantities of highly sensitive information and data, including managing internal repositories. Understanding and experience in risk and change management Proven track record of effective stakeholder management Strong customer focus and experience in managing customer solutions Ability to develop and present both internal and customer facing PowerPoint presentations Relevant project certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus Fluent written and verbal English
