Job Title : Technical Programme ManagerLocation : EdinburghJob Type : One Year FTE / PermanentHybrid/ Remote/ Onsite: HybridSeasoned Solutions/IT architect having proven technology track with 12-15 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years of experience in 'Banking and Financial Services' (BFS) domain. Experience in leading solution/technical architecture team to define complex enterprise architecture and implementation roadmap and present/defend solution to client CTO/EA team and align with business and IT stakeholders. Experience in architectural change management and implementation governance.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall IT architecture using Microsoft technologies like Azure, Microsoft 365, .Net and Dynamics 365.
• Strong technical hands on skills skills in React native and .Net technologies.
• Technology leadership focused on 1 or 2 LOBs/Accounts within an SBU and will be responsible for driving architectural and technology initiatives for those accounts, working closely with SBU
• Demonstrate the ability to evangelize architectures and strategies to business executives and project leaders in order to gain stakeholder commitment.
• Ability to perform architectural assessment and provide remediation guidance for existing architectures or systems in crisis.
• Lead team of solution/technical architects and collaborate with various stakeholders from business, IT, Operations, partners, vendors to define enterprise architecture blueprint.
• Mediate opposing viewpoints and negotiate equitable solutions to ensure successful and stable outcomes.
• Establish, maintain, and evolve process and policies for architecture governance for those programs or projects in which the LOB architects are responsible.
• Establish metrics for validating the conformance of a solution to an architecture.

Skill / Experience:

• Must have shown technical leadership in conducting strategic architectural projects or initiatives.
• Must have demonstrated positive significant impact on the business by leading significantly complex projects, applications, or system-of-systems architectures.
• Knowledge of the technology, trends, and techniques in the IT industry
• Leadership capability to drive, mentor and scale the team in technology & architecture area.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• Must have experience in driving Enterprise / Solution architecture definition
• Must have experience in 'Banking and Financial Services' domain
• Certification in TOGAF or technology architecture (Ex: Cloud etc.) is added advantages.
