\xc2\xa311.99 and 12.52 per hour
With added Enhanced Shift Allowance and overtime rates in place
Permanent after 12 weeks

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for Technical Production Operatives to join one of the largest worldwide battery manufactures Based in Ebbw Vale, South Wales, these positions are temporary to permanent after 12 weeks (depending on performance).
Requirements of the Technical Production Operative:
- Manual Dexterity
- Team Player
- Passion to learn new processes and have a great work ethic.
Your basic hourly rate will be \xc2\xa311.99 per hour with enhanced daily shift allowance for Days, Afternoons and Nights. That\'s right, you don\'t just get a shift allowance for nights but for Days and Afternoons too!
Working a 35.5-hour week (early finish on a Friday).
Shifts and hours
- 2-week pattern - days and afternoons (prior to probation being completed)
- 3-week pattern - days, afternoons, and nights
- Daily shift allowance for each shift. Regular overtime available.
- 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays 32 in total)
